At  Boot Camp, you have the support and comfort of your new friends. You will also have  an
instructor who is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals at an accelerated rate. At
Boot Camp, the "plateau" doesn't exist! Each work-out is different from the last so you never get
bored! There is no embarrassment or feeling alone at Boot Camp because everyone there
knows exactly what you're going through, and you
ALWAYS have a work-out buddy! Work-outs
sessions are for individuals of all fitness levels and are done at a "work at your own pace" rate.  
It’s a great way to get in shape using minimal time and money! Sessions are held 5 days a week,
Monday through Friday so come as much or as you can or as little as you want! Classes are
approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour long..... Any questions? If so.....
