For those who can't make it to boot camp during the week or just feel
like running......

We all have our own hectic schedules that may prevent us from taking time out during the week
to train. The weekend warrior platoon runs are structured a little different from the weekday
classes in that we will spend majority of it jogging/running with a short boot camp style workout
for the last 10-15 minutes.

The runs take place throughout various 2-3 mile paths in Copperfield area (for example
Longenbough @ Hwy 6 to Longenbough @ Queenston or Barker Cypress). We will jog/run in a
platoon formation and carry a "start together-finish together" mentality" meaning no one will be
left behind and the platoon will maintain its integrity from beginning to end.

In keeping with a military tradition, each Saturday we will select a "guide" and two squad-leaders
to keep the platoon motivated. The guide will also carry our Body Boot Camp colors which is a
guidon flag during the run.

There will be a mandatory uniform for the Saturday classes, a t-shirt which will be provided to
you free of charge.

Cost:
$20/month for non-Boot Camp members.
$10/month for current Boot Camp members.

Recommended Equipment: Proper running shoes, water, & a great attitude!
