For those who can't make it to boot camp during the week......

We all have our own hectic schedules that may prevent us from taking time out during the week
to train. The weekend warrior classes are structured to give you a serious full body workout to
make up for the lost time! You get all of the benefits of the traditional 2, 3, & 5 day boot camps,
only its crammed into 1 hour once per week!  

You have the support and comfort of your new friends. You will also have  an instructor who is
dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals at an accelerated rate. At Boot Camp, the
"plateau" doesn't exist! Each work-out is different from the last so you never get bored! There is
no embarrassment or feeling alone at Boot Camp because everyone there knows exactly what
you're going through, and you
ALWAYS have a work-out buddy! Work-outs sessions are for
individuals of all fitness levels and are done at a "work at your own pace" rate.  It’s a great way
to get in shape using minimal time and money! Classes are approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour
