| Who said stay-at-home moms can't be fit too?.......... Just For Moms is a "women's only" program for stay at home moms with school age children. Unfortunately, we do not provide a source of daycare but there is a play-scape only a few feet away where your kids can have a great time! Take an hour out for yourself to tone your body and interact with other stay-at-home moms! You have the support and comfort of your new friends. You will also have an instructor who is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals at an accelerated rate. At Boot Camp, the "plateau" doesn't exist! Each work-out is different from the last so you never get bored! There is no embarrassment or feeling alone at Boot Camp because everyone there knows exactly what you're going through, and you ALWAYS have a work-out buddy! Work-outs sessions are for individuals of all fitness levels and are done at a "work at your own pace" rate. It’s a great way to get in shape using minimal time and money! Sessions are held 3 days a week, Monday through Friday so come as much or as you can or as little as you want! Classes are approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour long..... Any questions? If so..... WATCH THE VIDEO! Recommended Equipment: Exercise mat, water, gloves, & a great attitude! Also Included: By joining you will also get the LEAN IN 14 meal plan! This highly effective 2 week meal plan has proven to reduce body fat and weight, while letting you have your good carbs and snacks.
