Work-outs sessions are for individuals of all fitness levels and are done at a "work at your own pace" rate. It’s a great way to get in shape using minimal time and money! Sessions are held 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday so come as much or as you can or as little as you want! Classes are approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour long..... Any questions? If so..... WATCH THE VIDEO! Recommended Equipment: Exercise mat, 5-10 LBS dumbbells, water, gloves, & a great attitude! Also Included: By joining you will also get the LEAN IN 14 meal plan!
