Basic Training is the perfect solution! If you're 50 or more pounds over your ideal weight or just
haven't worked out in years, this class will help you work up to the pace of our traditional boot
camp. You have the option to stay in basic training until your fitness level is truly ready to be
taken to the next stage.

You have the support and comfort of your new friends. You will also have  an instructor who is
dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals at an accelerated rate. At Boot Camp, the
"plateau" doesn't exist! Each work-out is different from the last so you never get bored! There is
no embarrassment or feeling alone at Boot Camp because everyone there knows exactly what
you're going through, and you
ALWAYS have a work-out buddy! Work-outs sessions are for
individuals of all fitness levels and are done at a "work at your own pace" rate.  It’s a great way
to get in shape using minimal time and money! Classes are approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour
