You're never alone!
At  Body Boot Camp, you have the support and comfort of being with your new "workout crew". We don't wear
intimidating camo-gear or yell and berate you. You can avoid super large groups, crowded spaces, and instructors
who probably won't remember your name. All you will have is an instructor who's dedicated to helping you achieve
your fitness goals at an accelerated rate. With Body Boot Camp, the "plateau" doesn't exist! Each work-out is
different from the last so you never get bored! There is no embarrassment or feeling alone at Boot Camp because
everyone there knows exactly what you're going through. You'll
ALWAYS have a work-out buddy and a direct line to
your trainer! Work-outs are for individuals of all fitness levels and are done at a "work at your own pace" rate.  It’s a
great way to get in shape using minimal time and money! Think of it as sharing a personal trainer with a few of your
friends!

Sessions are held 5 days a week, Monday through Thursday so come as much or as little as you want! Classes are
approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour long..... Any questions? If so..... give us a call,

Know the difference!
There's a huge difference between boot camp style workouts and just plain exercising outdoors.
We urge you to do your homework before signing up with us or any other boot camp to make sure you're going
to get what you pay for.

At a good boot camp you should be mentally and physically challenged by the workouts. Your coach or
instructor should not be there to work out themselves, but to mentor, monitor, and give you one on one
attention to insure you get the most out of the effort you put in. Every session should be unique (not something
you could have done at home), work all major muscle groups of your body, and by the end of the workout you
should be totally wiped out. Otherwise you're simply exercising outdoors, not training at a boot camp.
The TOTAL Package!
At your typical gym you go to train with weights via heavy lifting for strength and size or light lifting for toning.
This is great for the body, but you miss out on the cardiovascular and flexibility portion of your workout. You
can also take a few dance, kick-boxing or cardio-type classes that are offered in order to loose weight and
push your heart rate to its max. This is also a great form of exercise, but you're now missing out on the
strength training that your body needs in order power through physical challenges.

Let's face it, most of us don't have the time to spend 2 or more hours 7 days a week at the gym to do weight
lifting, cardio, and possibly a pilates class do we? So why not cram in 50 minutes a few times per week of
action packed exercise to achieve the "Total Package" body? With our help, you'll regain a youthful sense
of self and achieve true athleticism in multiple areas of fitness training.
Are you ready to jumpstart your results and lose more weight during your 1st month?
The Cleanse Phase (days 1-10) is a “non-eventful” and “gentle” Herbal Cleanse.  You won’t
spend your entire day the bathroom or have to drink disgusting cayenne pepper and lemon
water.  You will actually get to eat normal healthy foods while cleansing your body!

The Max Phase (day 11-24) is when most of the weight loss will happen!  During this phase
you'll feel full of energy and ready to take on the world! You also get to start utilizing meal
